Jane Macmillan, Director
Jane is a graduate of the Legat School of Russian Ballet in England. She toured all over the U.K. with the Harlequin Ballet Company which was based in London, and also appeared in Pantomime in Manchester and Croydon. She has also worked with theatre groups.
Her teaching in the last thirty–eight years has taken her from British Columbia, Canada to the Central African Republic and back again to Quebec, Nunavut and Ontario. She has also taught extensively in the Royal Academy of Dance method, and has participated in many workshops and teacher training courses in the U.K., Canada and Russia.
Dance Classes
The Cornwall School of Dance offers creative, classical ballet and character dance to students from age four to adult Monday thru Thursday in ten different levels. Each level is structured appropriately for each age group and is available in English and French.
Season & Performances
The Season runs from September thru May. The 2010 annual recital is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 6, at Aultsville Theatre in Cornwall.
