While attending Seaway District High School in Iroquois, Ontario, David Jones started his production company in April of 2006 through Ontario's Young Entrepreneurs Summer Company Program. With the additional help of sponsors, he successfully embarked on a collaboration with KAV Productions Inc. that would combine his interests in history and film. After months of research and numerous first-hand video interviews David would add his script and bring together archival film footage and period photos to make A River Lost, one of the most comprehensive documentaries commemerating the St.Lawrence Seaway and Power Project of the 1950s.
