Description
After you have obtained an estimate for audio visual equipment rental services from us, you can use this form to make a deposit payment. Make sure to confirm your delivery or pickup and return times and dates with us. After all rental equipment and services required are agreed upon, a rental contract will be drawn up that will detail all fees, terms and conditions. This deposit payment will be applied to the total balance owing which will be payable in full at the time the requested rental equipment leaves the KAV Productions Inc. premises.
